1. All Sales Are Final

By joining the HENRY Investors real estate investing community and/or purchasing any membership, program, course, or digital product, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, lack of time or inability to participate, dissatisfaction with the content, community, or experience, or financial circumstances or other personal reasons.

Once your payment is processed, your purchase is non‑refundable and non‑transferable.

2. Nature of the Service

HENRY Investors provides educational content, coaching, and community access focused on real estate investing. You are purchasing information, guidance, and community support—you are not purchasing a specific investment product, a guaranteed rate of return, or any promise of profits, income, or financial results.

Your success depends on your own effort, decisions, risk tolerance, and market conditions, all of which are outside our control.

3. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

All content, discussions, calls, videos, and materials provided through HENRY Investors are for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing we share should be interpreted as personalized financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. We are not acting as your financial advisor, investment advisor, attorney, or CPA. In extremely rare circumstances (for example, duplicate charges or clear billing errors), HENRY Investors may, at our sole and absolute discretion, choose to issue a partial or full refund.

Any such accommodation is a one‑time courtesy, not an obligation. Granting a refund in one instance does not create a pattern, policy, or right to refunds in the future. We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not involve a clear processing or billing error.

By completing your purchase, enrolling in the community, or accessing any paid content or program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Return & Refund Policy, acknowledge that all payments are final and non‑refundable, and accept full responsibility for your own investment decisions and outcomes.
