HENRY Investors Community – Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HENRY Investors real estate investing community, programs, content, and services provided through the website thehenryinvestor.com and any related platforms (collectively, the “Community”).

1.2 By accessing, enrolling in, or participating in the Community, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced or made available to you.

1.3 You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to participate in the Community. By joining, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

1.4 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Community.

2. Description of Services

2.1 HENRY Investors provides educational content, group and/or individual coaching, tools, and an online community focused on real estate investing for high-earning working professionals. The Community may include, without limitation, videos, trainings, workshops, group calls, written materials, templates, forums, chat groups, and other educational resources (collectively, the “Services”).

2.2 The Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. You are purchasing access to education, support, and community—not to any specific investment, security, real estate asset, or guaranteed outcome.

2.3 Nothing provided through the Community or on thehenryinvestor.com constitutes an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities or to participate in any specific investment, syndication, fund, or transaction.

2.4 HENRY Investors reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Services or Community features at any time, with or without notice, provided such changes do not violate applicable law.

3. No Professional Advice and No Guarantees

3.1 All content and materials provided by HENRY Investors, whether written, verbal, or visual, are for general educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice.

3.2 HENRY Investors is not acting as your financial advisor, investment advisor, broker-dealer, attorney, CPA, or other licensed professional. No fiduciary relationship is created by your participation in the Community.

3.3 You are solely responsible for consulting with your own qualified financial, legal, tax, and other professional advisors before making any investment or financial decisions.

3.4 HENRY Investors does not guarantee or warrant any particular results, returns, profits, or outcomes from participating in the Community or applying any information provided. Any examples, case studies, or testimonials are illustrative only and do not represent typical or guaranteed results.

4. Member Accounts, Confidentiality, and Security

4.1 To access certain areas of the Community or Services, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to keep your account information updated as necessary.

4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party.

4.3 You agree to notify HENRY Investors immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4.4 HENRY Investors is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account information or comply with these obligations.

5. Acceptable Use and Community Conduct

5.1 You agree to use the Community and Services in a respectful, lawful, and constructive manner. You will not:

(a) Harass, threaten, abuse, or otherwise harm other members, moderators, or staff.  
(b) Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, hateful, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.  
(c) Use the Community for spamming, solicitation of unrelated products or services, or unsolicited marketing.  
(d) Share, reproduce, or distribute proprietary course materials, login credentials, or other members-only content outside the Community.  
(e) Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the functioning of thehenryinvestor.com or related platforms.  
(f) Misrepresent your identity, your experience, or your affiliation with any person or entity.

5.2 HENRY Investors reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any content you post and to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these conduct standards or for any behavior deemed harmful to the Community.

6. Payments, Billing, and Non-Refundable Policy

6.1 Access to the Community and Services may require payment of membership fees, program fees, or other charges. By submitting payment information, you authorize HENRY Investors and its payment processors to charge the applicable fees using your chosen payment method.

6.2 You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and to promptly update such information as necessary so that payments can be processed without interruption.

6.3 Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all payments are final and non-refundable. Our separate Return & Refund Policy governs our no-refund policy and forms part of these Terms by reference.

6.4 You are responsible for all fees, charges, and taxes associated with your use of the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content and materials provided by HENRY Investors in connection with the Community and Services, including but not limited to text, videos, audio, images, graphics, designs, logos, documents, and digital downloads, are owned by HENRY Investors or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment of applicable fees, HENRY Investors grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use.

7.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publish, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content or materials from the Community without the prior written consent of HENRY Investors.

7.4 All trademarks, service marks, and logos used in connection with the Services are the property of HENRY Investors or their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use such marks without prior written permission.

8. No Guarantees of Results or Returns and Investment Risks

8.1 Real estate investing involves significant risk, including, but not limited to, the potential loss of principal, illiquidity, market volatility, changes in interest rates, regulatory changes, and other economic factors.

8.2 By participating in the Community, you acknowledge and agree that:

(a) Past performance is not indicative of future results.  
(b) HENRY Investors does not guarantee that you will acquire any real estate properties, earn profits, achieve a particular yield or cash flow, or realize any specific financial goal.  
(c) You alone are responsible for conducting your own due diligence and making all investment and financial decisions.

8.3 Nothing on thehenryinvestor.com or within the Community constitutes an offer or solicitation of securities, an investment recommendation, or advice regarding the suitability of any investment strategy for your circumstances.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

9.1 The Community and thehenryinvestor.com may contain links to third-party websites, services, tools, or resources that are not owned or controlled by HENRY Investors.

9.2 HENRY Investors is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services and does not endorse or assume any responsibility for them.

9.3 Your use of third-party sites or services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, HENRY Investors and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

(a) Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Community or Services.  
(b) Any errors or omissions in any content or materials.  
(c) Any actions you take or decisions you make based on information obtained through the Community.  
(d) Any unauthorized access to or use of your account or data.

10.2 If, notwithstanding the above, HENRY Investors is found liable to you for any damage or loss arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services, HENRY Investors’ total liability shall in no event exceed the amount you paid for access to the Community during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HENRY Investors and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

(a) Your use of the Community or Services.  
(b) Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.  
(c) Your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination and Suspension of Access

11.1 HENRY Investors may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Community or Services for any violation of these Terms, for abusive or harmful conduct, non-payment of fees, or for any other reason permitted by law.

11.2 Upon termination, your right to access and use the Community and Services will immediately cease, and any licenses granted to you under these Terms will terminate.

11.3 Termination or suspension does not entitle you to any refund or credit, except as may be required by applicable law.

12. Changes to the Community, Programs, or Terms

12.1 HENRY Investors reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Community, Services, programs, or pricing at any time, with or without notice, provided such changes comply with applicable law.

12.2 HENRY Investors may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the “Effective Date” at the top of this page will be revised. Your continued use of the Community after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.3 If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Community and Services.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the Community or Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
